Our goal with private training is not only to change your body, but also your mind.  We strive to teach you proper technique and show you a style of working out that will make you faster, stronger and more lean.  You can choose to train by yourself or join our group training (starting May 1)!  Group Training consists of 2-4 people per session. Please check here for group training schedule.

 

Sessions expire 30 days after purchase date.   Please make sure to read additional studio polices before purchasing.
