We offer group training for every level of fitness.  Beginners are welcomed as well as advanced fitness levels.  We keep sessions small so each individual can get the attention they need.  Each session is capped at 12 people. All sessions are first-come, first-served, so it is recommended (but not required) that you register.

Babes Express

Tuesday
6:00 am – 6:30 am

Wednesday
6 am – 6:30 am

Thursday
6 am – 6:30 am

In this training we combine fast paced interval training + weights to get you sweating before work!  Every body part is targeted in this training.

 
 

 

 

Babes Basic Training

Monday - Thursday
7pm – 7:45pm

Saturdays
10am – 10:45am

In this training we combine cardio intervals using body weight and studio equipment. The goal is to build endurance along with lean muscle.
