As of May 1, 2018 we are offering one-on-one training and small group training.  One-on-One training is available from 6:30 am - 5:30 pm and again at 7:30 pm.  Our group Training schedule can be found weekly below.

Week of 5/20/18 schedule:

Monday 5:30 pm 

Tuesday  5:30 pm

Wednesday 5:30 pm

Thursday 5:30 pm 

 

Off peak private training hours are an additional fee.  Please contact us if you need to train at these hours.
