That's what this program is here for. It will not only transform your body, but also the way you think about losing weight. Program includes:

Who is this program for?
- Beginners and anyone who may have hit a plateau with their current weight loss/fitness journey. Beginners are given beginner instructions and their activity levels increase each week based on what they have done the previous week. People who are not beginners are given a more advance approach to break through their plateau and get the ball rolling again.
- Anyone who has a gym membership and also anyone who does not. Since this program is customized I will give you specific instructions based on what you have access to. No gym? No problem!
- Women who are determined and ready for change. This is not a quick fix or something that will work if you aren't willing to work. It's an investment of not only your money, but also your time and dedication.
- You, if you're tired of spending time and money on programs that don't work. Fitness is not a one size fits all type of thing. Some people need guidance that is specifically for them and fit their needs. That's where I come in.
- The woman who is limited on time, but really want to see a change in her body within a month. None of the workouts will ever be over 30 minutes. That kind of time isn't needed if you are doing the right type of workouts.
How does this program work?
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours along with a questionnaire in order for me to get vital information to start customizing your plan. After that I will begin designing your custom meal plan and workout based on the information you provided within the questionnaire. That will be sent to you within 72 hours.
